What's the difference between Growth and Scale?

Both plans include the full Dizibook CRM platform and Unlimited AI Employee. The difference is whether we also run your paid ads:

Growth ($597/mo): You handle your own marketing — we give you the platform, AI Employee, automations, and CRM to convert the leads.
Scale ($1,497/mo): Everything in Growth, plus we run your Meta & Google ad campaigns — campaign setup, pixel installation, audience targeting, ad creative, monthly strategy calls.

Why is the $99 AI portion of Growth and Scale non-refundable?

Of the $597/mo Growth subscription (and the $1,497/mo Scale subscription), $99 covers AI Employee Unlimited. We pay this $99 to the underlying platform upfront the moment you activate the plan — same as ad spend goes directly to Meta or Google. Once paid, that $99 isn't recoverable on our side.

The remaining CRM portion of Growth ($498/mo) and Scale (CRM portion + first-month Ads Management service fee) is fully covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.

How do usage charges work? What does $10 get me?

Beyond your monthly subscription, you have a prepaid wallet for usage-based services. The minimum wallet recharge is $10. You only pay for what you actually use — no flat usage fees, no surprise bills.

As a rough guide, $10 in your wallet covers approximately:

~1,000 SMS segments (US), or
~10,000 emails, or
~400 minutes of outbound voice calls, or
~1,000 minutes of inbound voice calls, or
~58 minutes of AI Voice (note: AI Voice is included unlimited on Growth and Scale, so this only applies to one-off scenarios or fair-use overruns), or
~8 US local phone numbers for one month

You can mix and match — most customers use a bit of everything. Exact rates vary by destination country, carrier, and provider, and you'll see the precise per-unit cost in your dashboard before any usage is consumed.

What's covered: SMS, email, voice calls, phone number rentals, A2P 10DLC carrier fees, WhatsApp messaging (where supported), premium voice services like transcription and call recording, and AI usage that exceeds fair-use thresholds.

Auto-recharge available: Set your wallet to auto-top-up when it dips below a threshold so your AI never goes silent on a customer mid-conversation.

Why is the Scale setup fee ($999) non-refundable — and how do I get it waived?

The setup fee covers real, irreversible work performed within 24–48 hours of signup: ad account creation, Meta and Google pixel installation on your site, audience configuration, conversion tracking, campaign structure, and initial creative production. After that work is done it can't be undone (the pixels and audiences stay on your site and ad accounts even if you cancel). You keep all the assets.

How to get it waived: Choose the Scale annual plan and the $999 setup is waived — a $999 saving on top of the $2,994 you save by choosing annual ($3,993 total off).

The Ads Management monthly service fee is separately refundable for the first month under the 30-day money-back guarantee.

Does Scale include my Meta/Google ad spend?

No. Your ad spend is paid directly to Meta and Google from your own payment method — Dizibook doesn't hold or process your ad budget. We don't add a hidden margin on your spend, and you keep full transparency in the ad networks' dashboards.

We recommend a minimum ad spend of around $1,000/month per platform to give the algorithms enough data to optimize, but you're welcome to start lower. We'll discuss the right starting budget on your kickoff call.

Can I switch between Growth and Scale later?

Yes. Upgrade from Growth to Scale anytime — the change takes effect immediately and you pay a prorated amount for the rest of the billing cycle, plus the $999 Scale setup fee (or it's waived if you upgrade to Scale annual). Downgrades from Scale to Growth take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You can also switch between monthly and annual billing at any renewal.

Is there a free trial?

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely through Stripe. We don't store full card numbers ourselves.

Will I get hit with surprise charges?

No. Usage-based services (SMS, calls, email, phone numbers, A2P fees) are paid from your prepaid wallet — you only spend what you've topped up. When the wallet runs low, usage-based features pause until you recharge. No overdraft, no surprise invoices.

You can set auto-recharge at a threshold you choose, and your dashboard always shows real-time spend, current wallet balance, and projected month-end usage.

What if I'm not happy with the service?
