Dizibook is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. We do not provide services directly to consumers on behalf of ourselves.


3. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

3.1 Information Collected From Our Customers

When real estate agents or other business users register for and use Dizibook, we collect information necessary to provide the Services, including:

  • Full name

  • Business name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Business address

  • Industry or niche information

  • Login credentials

  • Account configuration details

This information is used strictly for platform access, service delivery, billing, support, and compliance purposes.


3.2 Information Entered by Customers About Their Leads and Contacts

Our Customers may enter, upload, or collect information about their own leads, prospects, clients, or contacts (“Contact Data”) using the platform.

  • Phone numbers

  • Email addresses

Important clarification:
Dizibook acts as a service provider and data processor for this information. The Customer controls how Contact Data is collected and used.


4. SMS CONSENT COLLECTION AND USE (CRITICAL SECTION)

4.1 How SMS Consent Is Obtained

Dizibook requires Customers to collect explicit consent from their contacts before sending SMS messages.

Consent is typically obtained by the Customer through:

  • Web forms

  • Landing pages

  • Appointment booking forms

  • Opt-in checkboxes

  • Text-based opt-in keywords

  • Written agreements or documented permission

Consent language is determined and presented by the Customer and must clearly disclose:

  • That the contact agrees to receive SMS messages

  • The purpose of the messages

  • How to opt out at any time


4.2 How SMS Consent Is Used

SMS consent is used only to enable Customers to send messages to contacts who have provided permission.

Dizibook:

  • Does not initiate SMS messages on its own behalf to Customers’ contacts

  • Does not add contacts to messaging lists without Customer action

  • Does not override Customer-controlled opt-in or opt-out settings

All SMS messaging activity is initiated and controlled by the Customer.


4.3 Opt-Out Handling

Dizibook systems support opt-out mechanisms such as:

  • STOP

  • UNSUBSCRIBE

  • END

When a contact opts out:

  • Messaging to that number is blocked

  • The opt-out status is respected across campaigns

Customers are responsible for ensuring opt-out language is included in their opt-in disclosures.


5. PHONE NUMBER STORAGE AND USE

5.1 Storage of Phone Numbers

Phone numbers are stored within the Dizibook platform only for the following purposes:

  • Account access and verification

  • Platform communication

  • CRM functionality

  • Messaging and calling features enabled by the Customer

Phone numbers are stored securely and accessed only as required to deliver the Services.

Dizibook does not sell phone numbers.

Phone numbers collected or stored within the Dizibook platform are not sold, rented, licensed, or provided to other parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers are used only to provide the services configured by the customer, such as messaging, calling, and CRM functionality.


5.2 No Sale of Phone Numbers

Dizibook does not sell phone numbers.

We do not sell, rent, or trade:

  • Customer phone numbers

  • Leads’ phone numbers

  • Contact phone numbers

Phone numbers are used strictly to provide the Services requested by the Customer.


6. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information collected through Dizibook is used solely to:

  • Provide and operate the platform

  • Enable CRM, automation, and communication features

  • Authenticate users and manage accounts

  • Process subscriptions and billing

  • Provide customer support

  • Maintain platform security

  • Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

We do not use Customer or Contact Data for independent marketing purposes.


7. COMMUNICATION DATA (SMS, EMAIL, CALLS)

7.1 Storage of Communication Data

To provide platform functionality, Dizibook may store:

  • SMS message content

  • Email message content

  • Call recordings (if enabled by the Customer)

This data is stored only to:

  • Deliver Services

  • Maintain message history

  • Support troubleshooting and compliance


7.2 Customer Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for:

  • Obtaining consent

  • Ensuring lawful communication

  • Managing contact preferences

Dizibook does not determine messaging content or recipients.


8. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED TECHNICAL INFORMATION

When users access the website or platform, we may automatically collect:

  • IP address

  • Browser type

  • Device type

  • Operating system

  • Log data

  • Usage patterns
