Billing & Pricing Disclosure

01Purpose

This Billing & Pricing Disclosure ("Disclosure") explains all subscription fees, setup fees, wallet usage charges, third-party costs, and billing practices associated with the Dizibook platform.

This document is provided for full transparency so Customers know exactly what they are billed for. It is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Privacy Policy. If anything here conflicts with the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail.

Dizibook is operated by Dizignate LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America (registered office: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA). Operations and customer support are partly delivered by team members located in India.

By subscribing to or using Dizibook, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge and agree to this Disclosure.

02Subscription plans

Dizibook offers three subscription plans, billed in USD in advance at the start of each billing cycle:

Annual billing is available at a 2-month discount on each plan, and Scale annual customers also get the $999 setup fee waived (see Section 10).

03What subscription fees include

The recurring subscription fee provides access to:

• The Dizibook platform and dashboard
• Features included in the selected plan (CRM, automations, calendars, funnels, landing pages, pipelines, workflows, reporting)
• Email, SMS, voice, and call-tracking tools (subject to wallet usage charges — see Section 6)
• Customer support and platform onboarding (24–48 hours, white-glove on Growth and Scale)
• Platform updates and improvements
• For Growth and Scale: AI Employee Unlimited (subject to platform fair-use policy)
• For Scale: Meta and Google Ads campaign management, monthly strategy reviews, and dedicated ad strategist

Subscription fees do not include wallet usage charges, phone number rentals, A2P 10DLC carrier fees, advertising spend, or third-party service fees. Each is described in detail below.

04AI Employee portion of Growth and Scale ($99/mo)

Because this $99/mo portion is paid upfront to the platform and is non-recoverable on our side, it is non-refundable. The remaining CRM portion of Growth ($498/mo) and Scale (CRM portion + first-month Ads Management service fee) is fully covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee.

05One-time setup fees

Setup fees cover real, irreversible work performed by our team within the first 24–48 hours of engagement.

• Growth — $0 (free): White-glove setup is included as part of the Growth plan on both monthly and annual billing. Includes account configuration, funnel building, automation setup, AI Employee training, and integrations.
• Scale (monthly) — $999 setup fee: Includes everything in Growth setup plus ad account creation (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads), pixel installation, conversion tracking, custom audiences and lookalikes, campaign structure, and initial creative production.
• Scale (annual) — $0 (free): The $999 Scale setup fee is waived for annual subscribers. Same scope of work delivered.

06Wallet system

Certain platform services are billed on a pay-as-you-go basis from a prepaid wallet associated with your account.

6.1 What the wallet covers

• SMS messages (sent and received)
• Voice calls (outbound and inbound)
• AI usage that exceeds fair-use thresholds on Growth and Scale (rare for typical use)
• Email sends
• Phone number rentals (see Section 7)
• A2P 10DLC carrier fees (see Section 8)
• WhatsApp messaging (where supported)
• Premium Voice services (transcription, recording, advanced routing)

6.2 Minimum wallet recharge

The minimum wallet recharge amount is USD $10. Customers may top up at any time through the dashboard. Auto-recharge is available — you can configure your account to automatically top up when the balance falls below a threshold you choose.

6.3 What $10 covers (approximate guide)

You can mix and match any of the above. Exact rates vary by destination country, carrier, and provider. The precise per-unit rate appears in your dashboard before any usage is consumed.

6.4 Wallet balance rules

• Wallet balances do not expire unless otherwise stated.
• Used wallet credits are non-refundable — they have already been paid to carriers and third-party providers.
• Unused wallet balance may be refunded on a case-by-case basis upon account cancellation. Contact [email protected].
• If your wallet balance is exhausted, usage-based features (SMS, calls, email, etc.) may be temporarily paused until you recharge. No overdraft.

07Phone numbers

• Phone numbers are required for SMS and calling features.
• Phone numbers are billed monthly per number, deducted from your wallet.
• Pricing varies by number type and region. US local numbers start from approximately $1.25/month; US toll-free numbers from approximately $5.50/month. International numbers vary.
• Once billed, phone number monthly rentals are non-refundable for the current rental period.

08A2P 10DLC and carrier fees (USA)

For SMS messaging within the United States:

• A2P 10DLC registration is mandatory for sending SMS to U.S. mobile numbers.
• Brand registration fee: approximately $32 (one-time)
• Campaign registration fee: approximately $16/month per active campaign
• Additional carrier fees may apply (per-message surcharges for Tier 1 carriers, etc.)

All A2P 10DLC and carrier-related fees are paid by the Customer through the wallet, billed separately, and non-refundable. Carrier approval, message delivery, and compliance are not guaranteed — they are subject to carrier policies and the Customer's own messaging practices (see Terms of Service §9).

09Ad spend (Scale plan only)

If you subscribe to the Scale plan, the Ads Management service includes campaign creation, optimization, and management of paid advertising on Meta and Google.

You set your ad budget independently. We recommend a minimum of approximately $1,000/month per platform to give the algorithms enough data to optimize, but the budget is your decision.

Refunds for ad spend (if any) are governed by the policies of the relevant ad network and are outside our control.

10Annual billing

Annual billing is available for both plans at a discount equal to 2 months free:

• Growth annual: $5,970/year (instead of $7,164 monthly) — save $1,194
• Scale annual: $14,970/year (instead of $17,964 monthly) — save $2,994, plus the $999 setup fee is waived ($3,993 total savings)

Annual subscriptions are billed upfront in full at the start of the term. The 30-day money-back guarantee applies equally to monthly and annual plans (see Section 17). After 30 days, annual fees are non-refundable; the subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the annual term if you cancel before then.

11Taxes

All published prices exclude applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, or similar taxes required by their jurisdiction. Dizibook does not provide tax advice.

12Payment processing

• All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Dizibook does not store full credit or debit card numbers.
• Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and other cards supported by Stripe.
• By providing payment information, you authorize Dizibook and Stripe to charge your payment method for all applicable fees, including subscription renewals and wallet recharges.

13Billing cycles and automatic renewal

Renewal charges occur at the start of each new cycle. Wallet auto-recharges (if enabled) trigger when your balance falls below your chosen threshold.

14Failed payments

If a scheduled payment fails:

• We will retry the charge for up to seven (7) days.
• Access to certain features may be limited or suspended after the retry window.
• Usage-based services (SMS, calls, email) may pause until the balance is cleared.
• If payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended or terminated.

You remain responsible for any unpaid fees through the date of cancellation. To restore access, update your payment method in your dashboard or contact [email protected].

15Plan changes (upgrade / downgrade)

• Upgrades (e.g., Growth → Scale) take effect immediately. You are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current cycle.
• Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access to your current plan's features until then. No refunds or credits are issued for unused time on the higher plan.
• Setup fees paid for a previous plan (e.g., Scale monthly setup before switching to Growth) are not refunded or credited toward the new plan.

16Pricing changes

We may change pricing at any time. Price increases will be communicated to you with at least thirty (30) days' written notice (typically by email to the account administrator). If you do not agree to a price increase, you may cancel before the new pricing takes effect. Existing subscription cycles are not affected by mid-cycle price changes.

17Refunds and 30-day money-back guarantee

Summary of refund eligibility:

• Refundable within 30 days: CRM portion of Growth ($498/mo of the $597/mo); CRM portion + first-month Ads Management service fee on Scale
• Non-refundable: $99/mo AI Employee portion of Growth and Scale (paid upfront to platform); $999 Scale setup fee on monthly billing (Scale annual gets this waived, so nothing to refund); used wallet credits; phone number rentals; ad spend at Meta/Google; A2P 10DLC fees; subsequent billing cycles

To request a refund, email [email protected] within 30 days of your initial billing date. Eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

18No guarantee of results

Subscription fees, setup fees, and usage charges cover access to the platform and services only. Dizibook does not guarantee leads, sales, conversions, revenue, ad performance, or business outcomes. Outcomes depend on your industry, market, offer, sales process, and execution.

19Disputes and chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Loss of access to your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
• Disputed funds being recovered through collection
• Permanent ban from future Dizibook accounts

20Governing law

This Disclosure is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Disclosure shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
