BILLING & PRICING DISCLOSURE

1. PURPOSE OF THIS DISCLOSURE

This Billing & Pricing Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains all subscription fees, usage-based charges, add-ons, third-party costs, and billing practices associated with the Dizibook platform (“Dizibook,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This document is provided to ensure full transparency and to help customers understand exactly what they are billed for.

Dizibook is operated by Dizignate LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

By subscribing to or using Dizibook, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to this Disclosure.

2. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS

Dizibook offers subscription-based access to its platform.

2.1 Monthly Plans

The following monthly subscription plans are currently offered:

  • DIY Plan: USD $497 per month

  • DFY Plan: USD $997 per month

Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.

2.2 Yearly Plans (Discounted)

Yearly billing options are available for eligible plans.

  • Customers pay for 10 months upfront

  • 2 additional months are provided at no charge

  • The total amount is billed upfront at the time of purchase

Important:
Yearly plans are non-refundable once billed.

3. WHAT SUBSCRIPTION FEES INCLUDE

Subscription fees provide access to:

  • The Dizibook platform and dashboard

  • Features included in the selected plan

  • System updates and improvements

  • Platform support and onboarding (as applicable)

Subscription fees do not include usage-based communication costs or third-party fees.

4. OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

4.1 AI Employee

  • AI Employee Add-On: USD $97 per month

  • Billed separately from subscription fees

  • Optional and can be added or removed at any time

  • Not included during the free trial period

Once billed, AI Employee charges are non-refundable.

5. USAGE-BASED CHARGES (PAY-AS-YOU-GO)

Certain services are billed based on actual usage.

Usage-based charges may include, but are not limited to:

  • SMS messages

  • Emails

  • Voice calls

  • Call recordings

These charges are deducted from your account wallet balance as usage occurs.

5.1 Wallet System

  • Customers must maintain a wallet balance to use usage-based services

  • Minimum wallet recharge: USD $10

  • Wallet balances are non-refundable once used

  • Wallet credits do not expire unless otherwise stated

6. PHONE NUMBERS

  • Phone numbers are billed monthly per number

  • Pricing varies by number type and region

  • Phone numbers are required for calling and SMS features

Monthly phone number charges are non-refundable once billed.

7. A2P 10DLC AND CARRIER FEES (USA)

For SMS marketing within the United States:

  • A2P 10DLC registration is mandatory

  • Brand registration fees apply

  • Campaign registration fees apply

  • Monthly carrier fees may apply

All A2P 10DLC and carrier-related fees are:

  • Paid by the customer

  • Billed separately

  • Non-refundable

Carrier approval, message delivery, and compliance are not guaranteed.

8. TAXES

  • All prices listed on the website exclude applicable taxes

  • Customers are responsible for any sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes required by their jurisdiction

  • Dizibook does not provide tax advice

9. PAYMENT PROCESSING

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party processors, including Stripe

  • Dizibook does not store credit or debit card details

  • By providing payment information, you authorize recurring charges as applicable

10. BILLING CYCLES AND RENEWALS

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month

  • Yearly subscriptions renew annually unless cancelled prior to renewal

  • Renewal charges occur at the start of each billing cycle

11. FAILED PAYMENTS

If a payment fails:

  • Access to certain features may be restricted

  • Usage-based services may be paused

  • Outstanding balances must be cleared to restore services

12. PLAN CHANGES

  • Customers may upgrade or downgrade plans as available

  • Pricing changes apply prospectively

  • Downgrades do not result in refunds or credits for unused time

13. PRICING CHANGES

We reserve the right to change pricing, fees, or billing practices at any time.

Any changes will be communicated in advance and will not affect your current billing cycle.

14. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS

Subscription fees and usage charges cover access to the platform and services only.

Dizibook does not guarantee leads, sales, revenue, or business outcomes.

15. DISPUTES AND CHARGEBACKS

Billing disputes should be reported to [email protected] before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension

  • Termination of services

  • Loss of access to data

16. GOVERNING LAW

This Disclosure is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
