01Introduction
This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") explains how refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are handled for the Dizibook platform.
Dizibook is operated by Dizignate LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America (registered office: 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA).
By purchasing, subscribing to, or using Dizibook services, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to this Policy in full. This Policy is part of, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service (specifically Section 16) and Privacy Policy.
No free trial. Dizibook does not currently offer a free trial. Instead, every eligible plan comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee — so you can try the platform risk-free with full access to all features.
0230-day money-back guarantee
If you're not satisfied with Dizibook within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund of the eligible fees you paid — no hard feelings, no hoops to jump through.
This guarantee applies to your first-time subscription only. It does not reset if you cancel and re-subscribe later.

04What's not refundable
The following items are not refundable, regardless of how soon you cancel:
Growth/Scale plan — AI Employee portion ($99/mo)

$99 of the Growth/Scale subscription covers AI Employee Unlimited and is paid upfront to the underlying platform the moment the plan is activated. Once paid to the platform, this portion is non-recoverable on our side.
Scale plan — $999 setup fee (monthly billing only)

Setup work (ad account creation, pixel installation, audience configuration, conversion tracking, campaign structure, initial creatives) is performed within 24–48 hours and cannot be undone. You retain ownership of all setup assets even after cancellation. Scale annual customers get this fee waived, so there is nothing to refund.
Wallet usage already consumed (SMS, voice, email, etc.)

Already consumed — paid to carriers and third-party service providers. Unused wallet balance is refundable on a case-by-case basis.
Phone number rentals

05How to request a refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
- Email [email protected] from the email address associated with your Dizibook account.
- Include "Refund Request" in the subject line.
- Submit your request within 30 days of your initial billing date.
- Briefly tell us why you're cancelling (this helps us improve, but is not required for the refund).
Once approved, eligible refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Bank processing times may add an additional 1–3 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.
Tip: If you're stuck on something specific, email us first. Most "I want a refund" requests come from a fixable issue. We'll either solve it or process the refund — your call.
06How to cancel
You can cancel your Dizibook subscription at any time, with or without a refund request. Two ways to cancel:
- From your account dashboard — Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription
- By email — send a cancellation request to [email protected] from your account email
6.1 When cancellation takes effect
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You retain full access to the Services until that date, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.
6.2 No prorated refunds for partial periods
Outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee, we do not offer prorated refunds or credits for unused time within a billing cycle. If you cancel on day 5 of a monthly cycle, you keep access for the remaining 25 days but receive no refund for the unused portion.
6.3 What happens to your data after cancellation
You can export your data at any time before or after cancellation. After cancellation, your account data is retained for a wind-down period of typically 30 to 60 days before deletion or anonymization, in accordance with our Privacy Policy. After this period, data deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.
07Annual plans
If you are enrolled in an annual Dizibook plan:
- Within 30 days of initial billing: You're eligible for a full refund under the money-back guarantee, regardless of how much of the annual term has been used.
- After 30 days: Annual fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will not auto-renew at the end of the annual term, but no prorated refund is issued for unused months.
08Ads Management refunds
The Ads Management add-on has specific refund rules because it combines a one-time setup with an ongoing service.
8.1 Setup fee — non-refundable
The Ads Management one-time setup fee is non-refundable. The setup work — including ad account creation, Meta/Google pixel installation, audience configuration, campaign structure, and initial creative production — is performed within the first 24 to 48 hours of your engagement. Once completed, this work cannot be reversed: pixels stay on your site, ad accounts and audiences remain in your possession, and the labor invested is non-recoverable. You retain full ownership of all setup assets even after cancellation.
8.2 Monthly service fee — refundable in first month
The Ads Management first month's service fee is refundable within 30 days of initial billing under the money-back guarantee. After the first month, monthly service fees are non-refundable.
8.3 Ad spend
Your advertising budget is paid directly to Meta, Google, or other ad networks from your own payment method. Dizibook does not hold or process your ad spend. Any refund or credit on ad spend is governed by the policies of the relevant ad network and is outside our control.
8.4 What you keep if you cancel
Upon cancellation of Ads Management, you retain ownership of:
- Your ad accounts (Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
- Pixels installed on your website
- Custom audiences and lookalike audiences
- Campaign structure, ad sets, and creatives produced for you
- Any data and reporting collected during the engagement
09Failed payments and suspension
If a scheduled payment fails:
- We will retry the charge for up to seven (7) days.
- Access to certain features may be limited or suspended after the retry window.
- Usage-based services (SMS, calls, AI Employee) may stop working until the balance is cleared.
- If the payment continues to fail, your account may be suspended or terminated.
You remain responsible for any unpaid fees through the date of cancellation. To restore access, simply update your payment method in your dashboard or contact [email protected].
10Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks cost merchants significant fees and damage payment-processing relationships. The vast majority of billing concerns can be resolved within 24 hours by emailing
[email protected].
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in:
- Immediate suspension or termination of your account
- Loss of access to your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- Disputed funds being recovered through collection
- Permanent ban from future Dizibook accounts
If you believe a charge is incorrect, fraudulent, or unauthorized, contact us first — we will resolve legitimate billing issues quickly and fairly.
11Refund abuse
The 30-day money-back guarantee is offered in good faith to allow new Customers to evaluate Dizibook risk-free. We reserve the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to:
- Repeated refund-and-resubscribe patterns across the same account, payment method, business, or contact information
- Use of the Services in connection with a Prohibited Use Case (see Terms of Service Section 8)
- Violation of these Terms of Service or any associated policies
- Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or stolen payment methods
- Excessive usage in the 30-day window that suggests bad-faith use of the guarantee
In cases of suspected abuse, we may also block future signups associated with the same payment method, business, or contact details.
12Exceptions required by law
Where applicable consumer protection law requires a refund in specific circumstances (for example, statutory withdrawal periods in certain jurisdictions), refunds will be issued in compliance with those legal obligations. Where the law and this Policy conflict, the law prevails — but only to the extent required.
13Policy changes
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, products, pricing, or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated by email to account administrators where reasonably possible. The "Last updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the most recent revision.
Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. Existing 30-day money-back guarantees that have already started remain governed by the version of the Policy in effect at the time of subscription.
14Governing law
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from this Policy shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming, except where applicable law provides otherwise. See our Terms of Service for the full dispute resolution clause.
