REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. INTRODUCTION

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are handled for the Dizibook platform (“Dizibook,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Dizibook is operated by Dizignate LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States of America.

By purchasing, subscribing to, or using Dizibook services, you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to this Policy in full.

2. FREE TRIAL

2.1 Trial Availability

Dizibook may offer a 15-day free trial for eligible new customers.

2.2 Trial Limitations

The free trial:

• Is provided at no cost

• May not include all features or add-ons

• Does not include optional paid add-ons such as the AI Employee

• Is intended solely for evaluation purposes

2.3 No Refunds During Trial

Because the trial is free, no refunds apply during the trial period.

3. PAID SUBSCRIPTIONS

3.1 Subscription Start

A paid subscription begins immediately once:

• The trial period ends, or

• You manually upgrade to a paid plan

By starting a paid subscription, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

4. REFUND POLICY (IMPORTANT)

4.1 No Refunds After Payment

All subscription fees are non-refundable once a payment has been processed, except where required by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Monthly subscription fees

• Yearly subscription fees

• Partial billing periods

4.2 First Month and Subsequent Months

There are no refunds for the first month or any subsequent months after a paid subscription begins.

4.3 Yearly Plans

Yearly plans (including discounted annual plans where 10 months are paid upfront and 2 months are free) are strictly non-refundable.

5. CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

• Cancelling directly from your account dashboard, or

• Sending a cancellation request to [email protected]

5.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of the paid period.

5.3 No Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds or credits for unused time after cancellation.

6. USAGE-BASED CHARGES (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Certain features of Dizibook are billed on a usage basis, including but not limited to:

• SMS messages

• Emails

• Voice calls

• Call recordings

• Phone numbers (monthly charges)

All usage-based charges are:

• Deducted from your account wallet

• Non-refundable once incurred

You are responsible for monitoring your usage and wallet balance.

7. ADD-ONS AND OPTIONAL SERVICES

7.1 AI Employee

The AI Employee is an optional add-on billed monthly.

• Add-on charges are non-refundable once billed

• The AI Employee is not included during the free trial

7.2 Marketing and Other Services

Any optional services or add-ons purchased separately are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

8. A2P 10DLC AND THIRD-PARTY FEES

Fees related to:

• A2P 10DLC registration

• Carrier fees

• Third-party service costs

are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

These fees are governed by third-party providers and are outside our control.

9. FAILED PAYMENTS AND SUSPENSION

If a payment fails:

• Access to certain features may be limited or suspended

• Usage-based services may stop until payment is resolved

Outstanding balances must be cleared to restore full access.

10. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in:

• Immediate account suspension

• Termination of services

• Loss of access to data

We encourage you to contact [email protected] to resolve billing concerns before initiating a dispute.

11. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW

If applicable law requires a refund in specific circumstances, such refunds will be issued in compliance with legal obligations.

Any such refunds will be limited to the minimum amount required by law.

12. POLICY CHANGES

We reserve the right to update or modify this Policy at any time.

Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated “Last updated” date.

Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

13. GOVERNING LAW

This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
