How "no clawback" works: Commission only becomes payable after your customer (a) clears the 30-day money-back window AND (b) pays their second monthly subscription. For annual customers, just after the 30-day window. Once it's earned, it stays yours — even if the customer later cancels.
Commission becomes earned and payable when:
Earned commissions are paid out on the 1st of the following month, provided your account balance is over $100. Under $100 rolls over to next month.
Since we don't pay commission until after the 30-day money-back window closes, there's nothing to claw back. If a customer requests a refund within 30 days, the commission was never earned — so it's never paid. Simple and clean.
Once a commission is earned (window closed + month 2 paid for monthly, or window closed for annual), it stays yours. Even if the customer later cancels.
Forever. As long as your referred customer keeps paying Dizibook, you keep getting 10% of their subscription. No expiry. No cap. No "first 12 months only" trap.
If they upgrade from Growth to Scale, your commission grows with them. If they switch from monthly to annual, you get 10% of their renewals going forward.

365 days (a full year). When a visitor clicks your unique tracking link, they're attributed to you for 365 days. If they sign up within that window — even after visiting other channels — the sale is yours.
If multiple affiliates send the same visitor, last-click attribution applies (the most recent affiliate within the 365-day window gets credit).

No — we welcome affiliates from anywhere. If you can receive payments via PayPal or international bank transfer, you can join. Commissions can be paid in USD or INR depending on your location and preference.
Taxes are your responsibility. You'll receive commission as a contractor/freelance partner, not as an employee. We don't withhold taxes. You're responsible for reporting earnings according to your local tax laws (in India, this typically means treating it as professional/business income subject to GST and income tax above thresholds — consult a CA).
If you're a US-based affiliate, we'll issue a 1099 form for earnings over $600/year.
No self-referrals. You cannot use your own affiliate link to sign up your personal business, a business you own/co-own/manage, or family members in the same household. These signups will be flagged and commission denied.
If you legitimately want Dizibook for your own business, sign up normally through /pricing — you'll get the same product without complicating the affiliate program.
